退款政策

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us promptly after receiving your items.

Eligible Returns: Only unused, unopened porcelain teaware and accessories are eligible for return. Tea products are consumable goods and are non-refundable. Used, opened, or custom/personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, with a valid reason provided.

Return Process: Email us at with a description of the issue. We will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Damage, Wrong Items, or Missing Items: If your item arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with photos or video evidence. We will assess each case and may offer a partial refund, replacement, or reshipment at our discretion.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

"For non-damaged, subjective returns, while we do not charge any restocking fees, the original premium shipping and handling cost incurred by the gallery (a flat rate of $45 USD) is non-refundable. This amount will be deducted from your final credit."
