Yun Ci Tea House — Terms of Service Effective Date: January 2025

1. Overview Welcome to Yun Ci Tea House. We offer handcrafted Jingdezhen wood-fired kiln ceramic teaware to customers worldwide. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product Characteristics All products are handcrafted Jingdezhen traditional wood-fired kiln ceramic teaware. Each piece is a unique work of art. The following are natural characteristics of wood-fired ceramics and do not constitute defects: kiln spots (mineral dots on the glaze surface), glaze color variations (slight differences from product photos), and minor shape irregularities (due to hand-throwing and hand-trimming).

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected items at the prices displayed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability or pricing errors, with prompt notification and a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide. Professional packaging is used to minimize shipping risks for fragile ceramics. We are not liable for delays caused by transit, customs inspections, or force majeure events, but we will actively assist in resolving such situations.

5. Returns & Exchanges Returns are not accepted for natural kiln characteristics such as mineral spots, glaze variations, or minor shape irregularities. Returns are eligible for: severe shipping damage, significant discrepancy between item received and order description, or other force majeure situations confirmed by us. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with a complete unboxing video. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging. Shipping costs are covered by us if the return is our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, and brand logos, is the property of Yun Ci Tea House and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

7. Privacy Personal information collected is used solely for order processing and delivery. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the actual payment amount of the disputed order.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing which, submitted to the competent court in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province.

10. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
